OrcaPilot terms of service

The service
OrcaPilot, operated by EPICVision, is an AI operations agent for organizations. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Your account and data
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account you control. You are responsible for the content your organization adds to the Service. Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Agent actions
OrcaPilot proposes actions in your connected tools and performs them after your approval. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before approving them. The Service maintains an audit log of performed actions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate law, to infringe others' rights, to probe or disrupt the Service, or to process data you have no right to process.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPICVision's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
